Our Mission

Martha's Legacy is dedicated to removing financial barriers for people with disabilities and mental health challenges. We believe that every family deserves access to quality advocacy and support — regardless of their financial situation.

Why This Matters

Too many families can't afford the advocacy support they need. They attend ARD meetings alone, accept IEPs that don't serve their children, and navigate a complex system without guidance — simply because they can't afford help.

Martha's Legacy exists to change that. Through pro bono advocacy, community education, and financial assistance, we ensure that no family is left behind.

Pro Bono Advocacy

Free education advocacy services for families who cannot afford private support.

Community Workshops

Free educational workshops on IEP rights, ARD meeting preparation, and navigating special education.

Resource Connection

Connecting families with community resources, support groups, and additional services.

Financial Assistance

Helping families access evaluations, therapies, and other services that insurance doesn't cover.
